When will my order arrive?

Every custom piece is handcrafted to order in our Kailua, Oʻahu studio, and orders enter the bench queue in the order they're received. Here's the honest timeline, start to finish:

Custom jewelry (bangles and made-to-order pieces):  Approximately 3 weeks in the studio, then 3–7 days in transit within the US. Plan on approximately 3–4 weeks total from order to doorbell. Working on a deadline — a birthday, anniversary, or trip? Tell us in your order notes and we'll let you know right away if it's doable, or browse our Ready-to-Ship collection, which leaves the studio within days.

How your order ships

US orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking emailed to you the moment your piece leaves Kailua. Orders over $600 ship fully insured (a small additional charge) — after three weeks at the bench, we're not taking chances on the last mile. Our Mermaid Sapphire rings and fine jewelry always travel FedEx or UPS Express, insured, with signature required.

International orders

We ship worldwide via USPS First Class Mail with tracking; delivery typically takes up to 3 weeks after your piece ships. Your country may charge import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on arrival — these are set by your government, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. Want extra peace of mind? Insurance and signature confirmation are available on request — just ask.

If something goes wrong

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands — but you're never on your own. If your tracking stalls or a package goes missing, contact us and we'll help you chase it down and file any claims available. For high-value orders, we recommend adding insurance at checkout so every scenario is covered.
