All of our Jewelry is custom made to order unless it states ready to ship.
At our jewelry studio in Kailua, Oahu - Hawaii, we meticulously craft each piece of custom jewelry upon order. Our team comprises two full-time jewelers with over 20 years of combined experience in creating handcrafted jewelry. We specialize in wire wrapping, metal forming, custom stamping, soldering, and more, ensuring a unique and personalized touch to each creation.
Creating custom jewelry takes time, but your patience will be richly rewarded. We ensure that every step of the process is infused with quality, guaranteeing a final product that is truly exceptional.

*High order volume may affect custom jewelry processing times, especially during sales & holiday seasons.
Jewelry Creation & Processing Time
The current turn around time for all custom jewelry orders is approximately 3-4 weeks.
Please note the processing time may vary due to the number orders in our queue. Orders will be created in the order they are received.
Orders purchased during a Sale or Holiday may take longer than the normal production time due the high demand in custom orders.
If you need to receive your order sooner than the current processing timeframe, please send us a message so that we can work with you to meet your needs.
Please Note: there is a $150 fee attached to all rush orders. If you have a large order the fee may be higher.
Processing Procedure

Once your order has been placed, it is added to our queue and awaits its turn for processing as we handle requests in the order they're received.
If you require expedited processing, please contact us for assistance. Rush order fee of $75 may apply. -
Each individual item in your order is meticulously handcrafted according to each detail. Size, metal, length, pearls, shells, charms, and more are all taken into account as we hand make your pieces.

As we near the completion of a batch of orders, we start the packing process by printing shipping labels.
Shipping labels are printed in our office, so when you get that "a shipping label has been created" e-mail, this means your order is being polished up and packaged securely.Please Note: There may be a slight delay, depending on order volume, between the label being created, and when it is dropped off and scanned at the USPS post office.
Rest assured, you will receive an additional e-mail when your package is scanned and accepted by USPS. -
We ship all our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once we drop your package off at the post office, it will be scanned in and you will receive a new e-mail notifying you that your package is "in transit".Depending on the destination, it may be a few days before USPS transports the package to your area. At this point you will receive your third e-mail informing you that your package is "out for delivery".
Finally, once your package is delivered to the address you provided, a last e-mail will be sent confirming your order is "delivered".
