Each individual item in your order is meticulously handcrafted according to each detail. Size, metal, length, pearls, shells, charms, and more are all taken into account as we hand make your pieces.

As we near the completion of a batch of orders, we start the packing process by printing shipping labels. 

Shipping labels are printed in our office, so when you get that "a shipping label has been created" e-mail, this means your order is being polished up and packaged securely.

Please Note: There may be a slight delay, depending on order volume, between the label being created, and when it is dropped off and scanned at the USPS post office.

Rest assured, you will receive an additional e-mail when your package is scanned and accepted by USPS.

We ship all our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Once we drop your package off at the post office, it will be scanned in and you will receive a new e-mail notifying you that your package is "in transit".

Depending on the destination, it may be a few days before USPS transports the package to your area. At this point you will receive your third e-mail informing you that your package is "out for delivery".

Finally, once your package is delivered to the address you provided, a last e-mail will be sent confirming your order is "delivered".
