Jewelry Processing Time: The current turn around time for all jewelry orders is approximately 10-15 business days (M-F) to be created. Please note the processing time may vary due to the number orders in our queue. Orders will be created in the order they are received. Orders purchased during a Sale or Holiday will generally have a longer than the normal 10-15 business day production time due the high demand in custom orders.

Shipping: All US website orders are shipped USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL. Large orders may incur an additional shipping charge. All international orders are shipped USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with your tracking number via email. Please note we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen mail. Contact us if you would like us to get additional insurance or signature confirmation.

Shipping Mermaid Sapphires: We ship our Mermaid Sapphire Rings & Fine Jewelry via FedEx or UPS Express shipping. Mermaid Sapphire Rings will ship insured with signature required. Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout where someone will be present to sign. If mailing to a business, please provide the business address.

We are not responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.

Returns/Exchange Policy: Please make sure your size is correct before purchasing. All jewelry is handcrafted and custom made to order. Therefore, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELED ORDERS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM WITH YOUR PURCHASE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT, PLEASE CONTACT ALOHABANGLES@YAHOO.COM WITHIN 48 HOURS. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RESOLVE ANY MANUFACTURING ISSUES.
